Sadly, it's entirely unsuitable and quite uncomfortable for anyone with more girth. The slit just pushes the best part out with a girth of 14.2cm at that spot. The vibration doesn't feel right either.
Unfortunately, my penis doesn’t quite fit into the toy. The actual insertable length is far less than the advertised 23cm, and my (probably a bit too large) penis always bulges out slightly at the slit.
