How do I clean my Ben Wa balls?
Satisfyer V Balls are easy to clean before and after each use. The surface can be cleaned with mild soap and warm water. For thorough disinfection we recommend the Disinfectant Spray from Satisfyer, which is perfectly adapted to the soft silicone. For a gentle insertion as well as a smooth workout, we also recommend a few drops of lubricant – such as the Classic version from Satisfyer.
How to use - Get the most out of it
Clean the balls with soap and water, apply lubricant and insert them vaginally, leaving the retrieval loop outside. Tighten your pelvic floor, keep them in for 5-10 minutes while lying down, and gradually work up to 15-20 minutes during daily activities. Relax your muscles and remove them in a squatting position if needed. A little water-based lubricant makes everything even smoother and more intense.

I think the single balls are better to start with. They’re also very smooth. Once you’re comfortable using those, these are basically the next level. Movable inner balls would make them even better, helping you develop an even stronger feel for your muscles.
They look fantastic, but some of them are quite heavy. So it’s a really good workout for my partner, but at the beginning it can definitely cause some muscle soreness. So start slowly, just a few minutes at first.
Besides the well-thought-out weight options and the gorgeous colors, the packaging of these love balls is so pretty that I still keep them in it-and admire it every time.
