The pressure wave vibrator part of the toy, unlike most OG Satisfyers, can be placed thanks to the curvature of the toy, so the part with the in position hold is omitted. A surprisingly awesome upgrade for me. The only downside is that the buttons are hard to reach.
The twirling end has a wider tip than individual versions , spreading vibrations pleasantly but still quite focused. The perk is having 2 in 1, so you don't need to swap toys for variety. Plus, the silicone color is nice and it fits perfectly in hand. Nicely made. Overall the best of both worlds.
