The controls in the app are reversed, but customer service offered an exchange. Apparently, that’s the case for everyone. It would be awesome if you could just swap the controls directly in the app. Rotation feels really good and pleasantly intense, and the vibration is absolutely amazing. . Bluetooth stays nice and stable, even over several yards. I can leave my phone in the room and still walk into the next one without any issues.
