I'm actually really excited about the product but its durability leaves a lot to be desired.
I've owned three devices now: The first one lasted over a year, which convinced me at the time. I then created a customer account and bought the second one but it was defective after less than six months. I exchanged it under warranty.
Unfortunately, the replacement unit also had a loose connection after less than a month.
That's really disappointing, especially for a product that's otherwise so impressive. There seems to be a general quality issue.
I hope the device will be more durable in the future because the user experience is actually excellent.
